Pork, water, contains less than 2% of salt, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, brown sugar, cinnamon, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, spice extractives.
Brown Sugar & Pineapple glaze packet: Water, brown sugar, pineapple juice concentrate, modified corn starch, beef gelatin, salt, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, dried clove.

Preparation Instructions
Warming
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ham from packaging and place flat side down in a 2-inch deep baking pan, fat side up. Add package drippings and 1/2 cup water in the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil to help retain moisture. Place pan in oven and bake for 15 minutes per pound, or until reaches desired eating temperature. Remove ham from oven. Let stand loosely covered with aluminum foil for about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
Glazing
30 minutes before baking is complete, remove aluminum foil and brush 1/4 cup of glaze onto top and sides of ham. Continue baking uncovered for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove ham again and brush with another 1/4 cup of glaze. Any remaining glaze can be used if desired, or served on the side as a dipping sauce. Return ham to oven and bake uncovered for the final 15 minutes.
Carving
Place warm ham flat side down on carving board or platter. Using a meat fork in one ham (to steady the ham), begin carving the ham with the other hand across the grain into 1/4″ thick slices.

I had a carver ham at Christmas time and……on my goodness….it was the best meat I’ve ever had!! My family loved it and sent me back to the grocery store the next day to buy 3 more…unfortunately they were gone. I have had the butcher at Hannaford’s market order more of them every week but he can’t get them. So I am patiently waiting for Easter and I plan on stocking up on them to last us till Christmas! I have tried many hams and yours surpasses anything I have ever tasted!!!
please consider selling them year round!!!

We visited our daughter during Christmas and she served this Cinnamon Carver Ham. It was the best ham we have ever had! I wish I could find it in our local grocers. We live in the St. Louis Metro area. I haven’t had any success.

Glad you liked it! In the St. Louis area, you might be able to find our cinnamon carver hams at various Schnucks stores, but only around Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s a holiday item for the retailer.

I started getting Fricks Carvery Ham in Hannafords about 3 years ago. My family loved it. Unfortunately it seems to be a seasonal item. So last Christmas, the couple of times I had a little extra in my wallet, I picked up a couple of extra to throw in freezer. I have done it again this year. I can’t eat ham, due to stomach problems but everyone else in my family can. They ABSOLUTELY LOVE this ham. No waste either on it!
