SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1.   Program Description

By opting into one or more of Frick’s text messaging programs, you agree to receive text messages that match the category or categories disclosed when you enrolled. Categories may include: (a) recruiting messages such as interview invitations, application status, hiring event reminders, and onboarding requests; (b) employee messages such as schedule or shift communications, training reminders, benefits enrollment reminders, payroll or HR notifications, and workplace announcements; (c) emergency alerts such as facility closures, severe weather notices, evacuation instructions, safety alerts, or other urgent operational messages; and (d) other general notifications you request or authorize.

2.  Consent to Receive Messages

Where enrollment is requested, you provide consent by signing a paper form, submitting a web form, checking an unchecked consent box, texting a keyword, or using another documented opt-in method made available by the company. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, application submission, or purchase. If a particular program requires additional disclosures, those disclosures control for that program.

3.  Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program and by your interaction with the company. Recruiting messages may be occasional or event-driven. Employee notifications may vary based on scheduling, benefits activity, or workplace updates. Emergency alerts may be sent only when needed.

4.  Costs and Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.   Opt-Out

You may opt out of non-emergency recurring text messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, unless a different keyword is disclosed for a specific program. Once opted out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive future messages from that program unless you re-enroll. If you opt out of recruiting messages, the company may still communicate with you by other permitted channels about your application. For safety-related or business continuity alerts, the company will follow applicable law and its emergency communication procedures.

6.  HELP and Support

For help, reply HELP, or contact Leighann Hoekel at receptionist@frickmeats.com or 636-239-2200.

7.  Eligibility and Mobile Number Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use and for promptly notifying the company if your number changes. If you are a minor applicant, any enrollment must comply with applicable law and company procedures.

8.  Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the messaging program, interfere with service, submit false information, or use the program for unlawful, harassing, or abusive conduct.

9.  Program Changes and Termination

Frick’s may modify, suspend, or terminate any texting program, message category, or related procedures at any time. Updated terms may be posted on Frick’s or otherwise provided to participants. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
