Terms and Conditions
Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the Site are prohibited.
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Website shipping policies.
Sending quality items in a timely manner is important to us. To ensure perishable products remain at a safe temperature, all items ship in an insulated cooler with ice packs and should arrive within two days of shipment.
Shipping: We ship perishable goods weekly Monday-Wednesday. Any orders received on Tuesday after 4:00 p.m. CST may not ship until the following Monday. We ship to anywhere within the Contiguous United States via UPS or USPS, but cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery: Most orders will arrive 3-6 business days after you’ve received order confirmation. If you are requesting a later delivery, please be sure to make a note in the comments section of your order, or contact us as soon as your order has been placed.
Tracking: You will receive e-mail confirmation with tracking number the day of shipment. It is not required to be present at the time of delivery, however we recommend refrigerating perishable product within 8 hours of receiving. If an order delivers on the expected date, we are not liable if any product within perishes because it was not refrigerated on the day of delivery.
Expedited orders are shipped for Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST won’t ship until the following day, and orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday.
We do not ship on holidays.
Delivery delays on the part of UPS are rare, but can sometimes occur and may result in perished goods. If your order shipment does not arrive on time, please reach out to us at email@example.com or 800-241-2209. We will re-ship your order as soon as possible, but are under no obligation to expedite the shipment unless you paid for expedited shipping initially. Delays are most likely to occur around major holidays, so if you are wanting meat for your holiday meal, we encourage you to order early.

You can return a non-meat product for a full refund up to 30 days from the ship date. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Meat items cannot be returned, but let us know if you have questions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please be sure to use a service with tracking when returning any items to us. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
By using the Site, you expressly agree that use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. Neither Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. nor its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees, nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, “Associates”) warrant that use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Site or the products or services offered for sale on the Site. Further, Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. makes no representation that content provided on the Site is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States. Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. or its Associates shall create a warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Site. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Service by emailing email@example.com.
Using “Store Credit”
“Store credits” are issued by Frick’s Quality Meats and are subject to the terms and conditions listed for each credit. Store Credit is issued to one account, and must be used by that account within 12 months of issue unless otherwise specified.
Using Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued by Frick’s Quality Meats and are subject to the terms and conditions listed on each card.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order acknowledgement does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Along with the ability to reject any order you place with us, we may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you.
Termination of Use
Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
