I picked some Frick’s applewood bacon up at Fresh Thyme. It is by far the best bacon I’ve ever tasted. I hope Fresh Thyme continues to carry this brand.

Grabbed some of this because my usual (local IN) brand was out of stock. This was nearly as good, definitely as thick cut. I only took a star off because there was more fat than my usual but for some recipies that’s good… for the record I’d probably rate that brand a 4 too because I still haven’t found the “perfect” bacon lol. Definitely miles above most brands I’ve tried though.

I picked up some Frick’s Applewood bacon in my neighborhood grocery the other day and it tastes fantastic! I like it better than the national brand I had been buying at it even costly a little less. I hope my grocer starts handling more Frick’s products the quality is unsurpassed!
