We simply love this ham. Perfectly smoked, easy to cook and very versatile. Everyone in the family loved it. I just hope our local store continues to carry it consistently. I’m making one for the Super Bowl!

One of the best hams i have ever had. It was so flavorful and easy to carve. The only problem is that I found this at Trader Joe’s and my family loves it and wants another. Please have Trader Joes in NYC carry these as a regular item.

Hi Renata,
Thank you for reaching out! While there isn’t an industry standard for minimally processed, the Frick’s Carving Ham is a single muscle ham that is essentially in the same shape as it comes off the animal. We just add the ingredients to give it that great characteristic ham color and flavor and naturally smoke it.
