Ingredients & Nutrition
Turkey, water, contains less than 2% of: salt, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, seasoning (salt, sugar, dextrose, natural flavorings), sugar, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
Made in a facility free of: wheat, crustacean shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, soybeans, sesame.

Preparation Instructions
Step 1
If you would like to serve the turkey warm, remove the packaging and trim away excess neck skin, if desired. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Place turkey, breast side up, in a roaster or shallow roasting pan. Add approximately 1 cup of water to the pan, or just enough to cover the pan bottom. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning.
Step 3
Heat turkey in center of oven at 350°F until a meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers at 145°F in deepest part of the breast.

10-12 POUND WEIGHT: Fresh or Thawed = 1 1/3 - 2 1/4 hours | Frozen = 2 3/4 - 3 hours ///// 12-14 POUND WEIGHT: Fresh or Thawed = 2 - 2 1/4 hours | Frozen = 3 - 3 1/4 hours
Step 4
Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.

I noticed your smoked young turkey at Publix when I went shopping last week and decided to try it. It was honestly so much better than any other turkey I’ve ever eaten. I kept sending food pics to all my adult kids saying “Wish you were here!”
We had a “Thanksgiving” dinner the first night, “leftovers” the next, pulled turkey sandwiches the third night, hot open faced sandwiches the next, and split pea soup night 5. I froze the rest of the bones and breast meat and gravy … for another soup and whatever I decide to make with the rest of it! Totally deliciously amazing!!!

This is the only way to go! We loved this smoked turkey. Ridiculously good. Smoke flavor is spot on and the whole turkey was cooked to perfection. Just had to warm it up per the directions. Amazing! Thank you Fricks for an awesome product.
