Tailored for employee communications, recruiting, emergency alerts, and general notifications.
Company: Frick’s Quality Meats
Effective Date: June 23, 2026
1. Information We Collect
For text messaging programs, the company may collect and maintain the mobile phone number you provide, your name and contact details, message preferences, opt-in and opt-out records, message history, delivery status, and related enrollment metadata such as source, date, time, and consent version.
2. How We Collect Information
Information may be collected directly from you through online application forms, career site forms, handbook acknowledgments, HR or payroll forms, onboarding paperwork, training or scheduling portals, text keyword campaigns, verbally assisted enrollment that is documented, or other enrollment methods approved by the company.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to send the messages you requested or authorized, administer recruiting and employment processes, coordinate interviews and onboarding, deliver workplace and scheduling updates, send emergency or safety-related notifications, maintain compliance records, measure delivery and opt-out activity, and improve program administration.
4. Data Sharing
The company does not sell personal information collected solely for its texting program. Information may be shared with service providers that help deliver or administer messages, such as texting platforms, applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, payroll vendors, and IT or communications providers, but only as reasonably necessary for program operation, compliance, security, or legal obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
5. Data Retention
The company retains text messaging records, including opt-in and opt-out records, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, support employment and recruiting processes, satisfy legal, audit, or recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce company policies. Retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirement.
6. Security
The company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information used for texting programs from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the company cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may opt out of eligible recurring messages by replying STOP or the disclosed opt-out keyword. You may also contact the company to update your mobile number, request assistance, or ask questions about the program. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, the company will process requests in accordance with those laws and its privacy procedures.
8. Recruiting-Specific Notes
If you are a job applicant, text messages may be used to communicate about hiring events, interview scheduling, reminders, application follow-up, document collection, offer-stage coordination, and onboarding preparation. Opting out of texts will not automatically withdraw your application unless you request withdrawal. The company may continue to communicate by other lawful means.
9. Employee-Specific Notes
If you are an employee, text messages may be used for scheduling, attendance-related reminders, workplace announcements, training reminders, benefits or payroll notices, and other general employment notifications. Texting is intended to support business communication and does not create a contract of employment, guarantee any schedule, or modify at-will employment status, where applicable.
10. Emergency Alerts
Emergency and safety-related messages are intended to protect people, property, and operations. Examples may include facility closures, severe weather, evacuation directions, security incidents, network outages affecting operations, or other urgent notifications. The company will administer emergency alerting according to applicable law and internal emergency procedures.
