Bone-In Whole Ham

All of our Bone-In and Boneless Hams are fully cooked, ready to eat.

To serve warm:
  • Remove all packaging from ham, including the soaking pads, and place in a deep baking pan.
  • Add package drippings and 1/2 cup water in the pan, then cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F and bake for 12-15 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
  • Remove ham from oven.
  • Let stand loosely covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

That’s all there is to it.
