I’ve bought Fricks ham steaks many times in the past but never tried the braunschweiger. I found out three years ago that I was extremely iron deficient anemic and cannot handle IV iron because of being allergic to it. Sent me to the ER both times they tried it. I decided to try and get my iron up through my diet. Since I can’t chew many meats, I bought the braunschweiger to see if it would help. I’ve been eating it every day for three years now and my iron levels are much better now thanks to Fricks. It has literally saved my life. Thank you so much for making a product that is nutritious and tasty as well. (I do wish that you would lower the sodium levels somewhat. I have Heart Failure and it is hard on my heart if I eat too much of it.)

Saw someone on instagram eating liverpaste, and it looked like braunschweiger. So I doordash some braunschweiger from Hy-Vee and some texas toast to get my fix. It was spreadable and flavorful – gave me a flashback to when I was a kid eating it with my dad.

Your braunsweiger is the best, thank you for having it available online. All of the local brands here in Texas include milk products and other extra ingredients. Your ingredients are simple, and your braunsweiger tastes so much like the liverwurst my grandmother used to make!
