Fricks smoked ham is the best ham I have ever had. Now that I have moved, I am finding it difficult to find in the weights I can afford. But I won’t substitute another brand, they just aren’t good enough.

Bought 50 lbs for a church party. Saw them at wincos and was very impressed (I have had my own meat business for 40 yrs) these were amazing. Sorry cure 81 but these were by. far superior and cost less. When I saw natural juices I knew they weren’t going to be the spongy filler type ham you see everywhere. Thanks for a great product.

One of the finest quality hams I have ever purchased. It was a boneless 1/2 ham. I spent about 25 years in various aspects of the meat business. Starting in a small family packing plant, on to wholesale and finally as management in retail meat departments. The last year of retail included operating an in-store smokehouse. Then it was time to change careers.

With the past experience, I feel like I know a good ham when I taste one. Really good flavor and no waste. Thanks for a great product.
