Buffalo Chicken Dip
With Frick's fully cooked chicken, buffalo chicken dip has never been tastier or easier to make. Perfect for a party, game day or the office potluck, this crowd pleasing dip goes great with chips, crackers, pretzels, or cold veggies like celery sticks.
Ingredients & Instructions
- 1 (24oz) package of Frick’s sliced chicken breast (oven roasted or buffalo style)
- 1.5 cup (12 fl oz) Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Optional: chopped green onion for garnish
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken breast into small strips.
Step 2
Set aside ~1/4 cup of cheddar and 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese. Add all other ingredients in a skillet or saucepot over medium-low heat. Stir until cheeses are incorporated, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish, then transfer mixture into it from the skillet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on the top.
Step 4
Bake for ~20 minutes or until starting to bubble. Remove from oven. Serve warm.
Optional: broil on high for roughly 2-4 minutes for a golden-brown top crust before serving.
